Fun Fall Pumpkin Allergy Friendly Products

It’s the most magical time of year! Fall has officially arrived and I can officially let out my inner basic witch. I’m not sure if I love fall so much because the Arizona heat is coming to an end or if it’s because it’s the start of the holiday season. Whatever the case might be, fall is not fall without all the pumpkin goodies! Being gluten, dairy and soy free can be challenging, especially during the holidays, but have no fear, the allergy friendly pumpkin product guide is here! 

  • nutpods – Pumpkin Spice 
    • If you didn’t know, the world’s most famous PSL is not dairy free. Thank goodness nutpods makes a way better version of this cult classic.

  • Daiya – Pumpkin Cheezecake
    • I stock up on this cheezecake! I also ensure I have one for Thanksgiving, Christmas and my birthday!

  • Trader Joe’s 
    • Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread & Muffin Baking Mix
      • You can have your PSL and eat it too. I love this baking mix! You can add chocolate chips to it to make it a little sweeter or you can be like me and add pumpkin seeds on top of the mix.

          • May contain traces of milk, egg and soy
    • Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Pumpkin Bagels 
      • These gluten free bagels debuted last year, and trust me they are amazing! To get even fancier, add Trader Joe’s pumpkin butter on top for even more pumpkin goodness!

  • Simple Mill’s – Pumpkin Pancake & Waffle Mix
    • Brand new for the 2020 pumpkin season, for a limited time you can have pumpkin pancakes in the comfort of your own home. Time to get your cozy on!

Sprouts and Trader Joe’s end up taking most of my paychecks during this time of year with all the fun pumpkin goodies! Since discovering these products I have not missed the non-allergy friendly pumpkin products. Time to get the pumpkin palooza started! Happy Fall Y’all!
