Why would you give up on all the good foods in the world? If you would have asked me a few years ago if I would ever give up gluten, dairy or soy I would’ve laughed and said “Unless it was going to kill me, nope.” Grilled cheese & the occasional whiskey neat were my ride or dies.
When I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Disease, my boyfriend had done some research and found that those with an underactive thyroid were able to go into remission with this diet change and working out consistently. There is no scientific evidence that supports this theory, only personal testimonies.

Unfortunately my first endocrinologist said that working out or changing my diet would do nothing. Long story short, a bad reaction to a thyroid medication & an ER visit later, I decided to dive in and try the diet change. It has been the best decision I have ever made.
To summarize what each food does to me. Gluten makes me sleepy, dairy makes my anxiety go through the roof & causes bad bloating and soy slows down my thyroid that is already moving slower than molasses.
Just because going gluten free, dairy free & soy free works for me does not mean it will work for you. I am happy to help you discover what is making you not feel 100% and find the root of what food is depriving you from living your best life.

Beautiful things can come from ugly situations. Being diagnosed with an incurable disease was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. I found my purpose and gained my life back.
I feel my purpose is to show the world we do not have to live off medications, but that eating habits & exercising regularly can revolutionize our lives.
Now that I am living my best life, it is time for you to start living your best life too!
